From 2000-2002 I studied stone carving with Patricia Bengtson-Jones in Berkeley, CA. Pat was an incredible mentor and friend. Sadly she passed away in 2019. I am forever grateful for knowing her and learning how to become a stone whisperer. The large-scale sculptures were carved at Pat’s studio, the others at my home studio in Bolinas, CA.
