1:1 Fiber Art Mentoring

Unleash your artistic potential with a personalized 1:1 mentoring workshop designed to elevate your fiber art skills in a serene, high desert setting. Explore the synergy between art and nature with Jacqueline Mallegni at her studio in Arroyo Hondo, NM, set between the Mountain and the Rio Grande, just minutes from Taos.

• Workshop Overview:
  Bring your ideas for a creative 3-day hands-on fiber art experience.
  Explore non-traditional papermaking with flax roving, or during warmer weather we’ll work outdoors under my fresh-aire canopy for papermaking with abaca.

• Learn how to create armatures or mould making for casting handmade paper into ethereal sculptures.

• Forage for local materials for ink making

• All materials included in registration fee

• Workshop Details:
  3-Day mentoring experience, non-residential
  Hours: 10am - 4pm daily

• What’s Included:
  Snacks/coffee/tea breaks

• All studio materials and tools

Location:
Paper Rain Studio is located in Arroyo Hondo, NM, just minutes north of Taos.
The home studio is scent free and pet friendly.
Be prepared to manage stairs.
